Natasha Baker is one of Dr. Jeremy Williams’ Patient Navigators, working closely with patients throughout their surgical journey to ensure they feel informed, supported, and comfortable every step of the way. With over 15 years of experience working with patients in healthcare, Natasha is dedicated to creating a positive and reassuring experience for everyone she works with.
As one of the first team members many patients connect with, Natasha takes pride in helping them feel welcomed, prepared, and confident as they begin their journey with the practice. Patients often appreciate her warm, approachable nature and her ability to make them feel comfortable throughout the process.
Originally from Carlsbad, California, Natasha earned her degree and began her career in orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant, where she became a licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). Her clinical background provided valuable hands-on patient care while developing strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for creating a supportive and welcoming environment.
After relocating to Colorado, Natasha built both her career and family life in the community she now proudly calls home. As a Patient Navigator, she works with patients seeking cosmetic procedures as well as breast reconstruction, guiding them through each stage of the process—from consultation through surgery preparation. Natasha finds great fulfillment in helping patients feel confident and excited about the next step in their journey.
Outside of the office, Natasha enjoys spending time with her husband, her high school sweetheart, and their four daughters, who keep her busy and bring great joy to her life. She values quality time with her family and loves being together whenever possible. Natasha also enjoys music and concerts, camping, spending time in the mountains, visiting the beach and lakes, traveling to new places, and staying active through exercise and outdoor activities. An avid animal lover, she also enjoys spending time with her two boxer dogs, Luna and Mocha, and her French Bulldog, Jade.
