I have contemplated having this surgery over the past ten years. My whole adult life I have had large breasts and it has hindered my active lifestyle. I would always wear two tight bras and large shirts, mostly sweatshirts, to hide my chest size. After 30 years of working in law enforcement, it finally became a serious problem for me at work. I finally came to the realization that if I wanted to continue with my career and stop being miserable and suffering over the rest of my life, I needed to have my breasts reduced. I was very afraid of the surgery; however, it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I only wish I would have done it ten years ago. I’m more active, I breathe better and I can finally wear normal shirts and bras. Don’t wait to have it done if you’re considering it. It will be the best thing you’ve ever done!

My surgery turned out very well. I will always be grateful for the care that I received. I was always afraid to take the step to have the breast reduction done, but after the initial consultation, I was very encouraged and confident in my decision. Dr. Williams was very skilled and I am happy with the result—the scars are much less prominent than I ever thought they would be.
