I am 5’5”, a size 0–2, and started as a 32A. After breastfeeding and losing all the baby weight, I just did not feel the way I wanted to anymore. I knew I wanted a result that was natural and elegant, not overdone, and it is incredibly hard to find someone truly reputable for that. From the beginning, I felt an instant trust with Dr. Jeremy Williams. He was calm, thoughtful, and clearly understood the aesthetic I wanted. It also helped that he had done my next-door neighbor’s breast augmentation, and hers look absolutely superb. If I had not known, I never would have guessed she had implants. That gave me a lot of confidence before I ever even walked into the consult. Dr. Williams took the time to explain what would work best for my body type and why. Because I am thin, he recommended under-the-muscle placement to create a softer, more natural look. His explanation was clear, intelligent, and tailored to me. I never felt rushed, pressured, or sold to. The sizing process was also excellent. I went back and forth between 250cc and 275cc, and the team was patient and helpful while I figured out what looked best on my frame. I ultimately chose 275cc smooth silicone implants, and it felt like the perfect balance of natural, elegant, and feminine. Truly, it looks SO NATURAL AND ELEGANT, which is my vibe. Surgery day went beautifully. I checked in around 7:00 a.m., was out of the OR by 8:00 a.m., stayed for about an hour, and was back home by 11:00 a.m. Everything was efficient, professional, and smooth. My recovery started off very well, with no nausea and very minimal pain. I only took Tylenol and did walk around to get the blood circulating. Overall, I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Jeremy Williams and Park Meadows Plastic Surgery. If you are looking for someone highly reputable with excellent judgment, a natural aesthetic, and a team that makes you feel comfortable and cared for, I would absolutely recommend him. He is as good as you will find in NYC or DC or LA. Photos are of 1/day of; 2/sizing the 275 cc; 3/my body before surgery at 32A.

I had saline implants for 20 years, they had become heavy and not the right fit for my body anymore. I had lots of questions on the right procedure for me. Dr Jeremy Williams was very patient, kind , and explained everything in detail so I could make the best decision for myself. The whole team was super helpful, I could message them any time, and the care you get with this facility was above and beyond. I ended up going with a revision with smaller implants. I love the results and I would definitely recommend them:)

I had a tummy tuck with flank liposuction in Jan 2026. Dr. Jeremy was my doctor. Every individual working with me (from Natasha to all the nurses) was amazing. The procedures went well and I am well on the way to recovery. Every step (be patient with your healing) has gone well and I am looking forward to full recovery!

I had breast surgery with Dr. Jeremy in January 2026 and he and his team were a complete godsend for me. He is an incredibly talented surgeon and I am absolutely loving his work/my results! Mine was a difficult case and I was just hoping to be more physically comfortable after surgery but not only did he make me comfortable, the results he gave me are beautiful too! Dr. Jeremy was also up front and honest about the risks involved which initially scared me but, ultimately, I appreciated. From start to finish, everyone at Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery was kind and compassionate and took excellent care of me! To Dr. Jeremy, patient coordinators Amariah and Natasha, intake nurse Kristy, anesthesiologist Dr. Derek (Whiddon), Beth, the recovery nurse, and to any others whose names I did not get, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you did for me! Great staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. Kind surgeon... Unhappy with my results and can't afford to fix it. Still, life goes on. The facility was clean, the appointments and instructions were easy to follow. (This isn't to deter anyone from work done here. They do great work and I'm probably the weird one-off not happy with my outcome.)

Dr. Jeremy was consulted after I had a mastectomy with direct implants with a different surgeon. He recommended an implant exchange and fat grafting. Exchanging the implants would give me a more natural looking shape. Initially everything was great. I met with three surgeons and was confident I made the best choice. After things went wrong it was a completely different experience.
