In Memory of Dr Steven T Pugh
We are deeply saddened to share the news that one of our FACE the Challenge 
team members passed away on February 26, 2008. Dr. Steven T. Pugh, anesthesiologist, from Greenwood Village, Colorado regularly provided anesthesia at Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery and Sky Ridge Medical Center and did an excellent job. He
was a member of FACE the Challenge's Vietnam-November 2006 team and was
going to join us for the April 2008 trip as well.
Steve was a skilled, compassionate, cheerful, principled, and brilliant man. Most of all, he was our dear and trusted friend.
In addition to his wife, Mary, a neonatal intensive care unit nurse and medical sales representative, he leaves two daughters, Lisa and Courtney, a son-in-law and future son-in law, and a granddaughter, Claire, all of whom he loved and was very proud.
